Hurricane Frances

This image of Hurricane Frances was acquired by the crew of the International Space Station early on August 30 as the storm was moving westward some 265 miles east-northeast of the northern Windward Islands.

Astronaut photograph ISS009-E-20909 was acquired August 30, 2004, at 12:16:47 GMT with a Kodak K760C digital camera with an 26 mm lens, and is provided by the Earth Observations Laboratory, Johnson Space Center.
