MODIS captured this image of the Mackenzie River and Mackenzie Bay on June 13, 2001. The Mackenzie River is located just to the right of center at the bottom of the image, and continues through Canada's Northwest Territories into the Mackenzie Bay, which is just north of both the Northwest Territories and the Yukon Territory.
