Snow trail across South Central United States

On December 25, 2002, a fast-moving winter storm left a trail of snow across the central United States. Among the states pictured are (bottom center to top) Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Nebraska. East of Oklahoma is Arkansas, and to its north is Missouri. This image was captured by the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) on the Aqua satellite.
