Fires in Indochina

Fires continue to burn across Southeast Asia on Feb. 27, 2003. This Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) image from the Aqua satellite shows active fires marked in red. The image is centered on Cambodia, with Vietnam to the east, southern Laos to the north, and Thailand to the northwest.
