Barges travel down the Mississippi River near Greenville on August 23, 2012. Earlier in the week, a nearby section of the River was closed to barge traffic due to low water. This natural-color image was collected by the Advanced Land Imager (ALI) aboard the Earth Observing-1 (EO-1) satellite.
