Mozambique’s Flood Waters

The swollen Limpopo River is visible in this SeaWiFS pass over the Mozambique coastline. Suspended sediments can be seen offshore 40 to 50 miles from the mouth of the river. Similar sediment plumes are visible emanating from the Save River and another farther north.
