MODIS Surface Reflectance

This true color image over North America was produced from the MODIS Land Surface Reflectance data product. MODIS channel 1 (670 nm) was assigned red, channel 4 (565 nm) was assigned green, and channel 3 (479 nm) was assigned blue. The image is an eight-day composite from data gathered during the last week in March 2000.
