The Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) on NASA’s Aqua satellite captured this image of Tropical Cyclone Oscar as it spun through the eastern Indian Ocean on March 26, 2004. At that time, the storm had sustained winds of 204 kilometers per hour (127miles per hour) with gusts up to 250 kph (155 mph).
